Regional Controller

We are partnering with a growing leader in the infrastructure and transportation technology space to identify an experienced Regional Controller for their Fort Worth, TX operation. Location: Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid – 4 days onsite) Compensation: $140K–$150K base + 10% bonus This is a highly visible leadership role reporting directly to executive leadership and partnering closely with regional operations teams to drive financial performance, compliance, and operational success. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration 5+ years of construction/project accounting experience CPA highly preferred Strong Excel and ERP system experience (Foundation/Spectrum preferred) Construction, General Contractor (GC), or Subcontractor industry background Experience with work in Progress (WIP) Reporting GAAP Accounting Budgeting, Forecasting & Cash Flow Management This role will oversee regional accounting operations including: Month-end close and financial reporting WIP schedules and profitability tracking Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable oversight Budget variance analysis and forecasting Internal controls and GAAP compliance Cross-functional collaboration with operations leadership The ideal candidate will be a strategic business partner who thrives in fast-paced project environments and can provide financial visibility across large-scale operations.
