Promotional Customer Service Representative - Entry Level

We’re looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Promotional Customer Service Representatives . No previous customer service, sales, or marketing experience is required. What You’ll Do As a Promotional Customer Service Representative, you’ll interact directly with customers and community members while supporting promotional campaigns and live events. Key Responsibilities Represent nonprofit organizations, ethical brands, and community campaigns at live events and promotional activations Provide friendly, professional customer service and create positive customer experiences Engage with customers and community members through face-to-face communication Answer questions and provide accurate information about campaigns, services, and initiatives Assist with event setup, registration, logistics, and promotional materials Support marketing and outreach teams with campaign execution Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to team leaders Help resolve customer questions and on-site challenges professionally Maintain a positive, enthusiastic, and professional presence at all times Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking individuals who enjoy working with people and want to develop their skills in customer service, marketing, promotions, events, and community outreach .
