Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for each elderly resident to identify specific emotional and psychological needs, adapting each evaluation to reflect the individual’s cultural and personal background.

• Facilitate both individual and group counseling sessions, focusing on common emotional struggles associated with aging, including depression, anxiety, and grief.

Compensation and Benefits\n
