Key Responsibilities: Produce high-quality components as part of a team committed to excellence and innovation. Carry out specific duties based on assigned production areas. Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality. Manufacturing Brand Locations in Salina: Vortex Dry Bulk & Solids Facility (West Campus) – Primary production site for bulk and solids handling components. Spectrum Metalcraft (East Campus) – Custom metal fabrication, abrasive blast and precision work. Fortress Blast (East Campus) - Abrasive Blasts Systems. Hamar Automation (North Campus) – Primary CNC Machining and Air Cylinder assembly. What We're Looking for: Technical training or previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required. We will train the right candidate!
