This role is essential to the successful execution of our projects. As a Marketing Specialist, you will lead scalable end-to-end digital experiences, focusing on digital strategy and campaign optimization to create audience-first journeys that drive measurable business results. This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. Your future duties and responsibilities Manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms. Develop and execute targeted social media ad campaigns. Create compelling video campaigns for brand visibility. Design and implement email marketing newsletters. Contribute to website design for optimized user experience. Develop and edit high-quality graphics, videos, and photos. Integrate AI tools to streamline content creation and enhance SEO. Required qualifications to be successful in this role Bachelor's or Master's in English, Communication, Art, or related field. Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint). Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation. Experience with photography, videography, and video production. Strong ability to craft and maintain a consistent brand voice. Expertise in data-driven insights for optimizing social media content. Ability to design impactful social media post templates. Experience in organizing online photo storage software. Compensation Range CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $51,600.00 - $121,100.00.
