To support strategic business initiatives, the full-time salaried Director of Human Resources will serve as a key business partner, aligning workforce strategies with business operations while working remotely across various states. Key responsibilities Contribute to business strategy development and decision-making by aligning workforce aspects with business goals Promote best practices and foster collaboration across departments to implement effective HR solutions Evaluate organizational effectiveness and design solutions to ensure alignment with company direction Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree and ten years of progressively responsible experience in HR or a related field Demonstrated success as a strategic thought leader within complex organizations Advanced knowledge of human resource functions and processes, as well as business objectives and strategies Experience in conducting comprehensive needs analyses and implementing organizational development initiatives Strong project management and leadership skills, with a proven track record of delivering results
