Overview
Registered Nurse – Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) | Tillamook, OR | Start date 08/17/2026 | 13 weeks travel assignment | 36 hours guaranteed per week | Night shift (3x12s, 6:30 PM–7:00 AM) | Moderate to rural, critical access hospital setting

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for obstetric and gynecologic patients according to established standards and the nursing process
- Monitor patient status, fetal monitoring when applicable, administer medications, and assist with labor and delivery and postpartum care
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and other disciplines; supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff
- Participate in discharge planning and patient education to promote continuity of care and safe transitions
- Maintain a safe, healing, and respectful environment; advocate for patients and families; document and communicate care plans clearly

Requirements
- Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (Oregon)
- Certifications: CPR/BLS required; ACLS required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required; STABLE certification required; Intermittent Fetal Monitoring (INTFETAL) required
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Experience: Minimum of two years of recent experience in acute care or relevant obstetric/gynecologic settings
- Ability to work in a hospital-based, high-acuity environment and to perform duties on a night-shift schedule
