Job Description Growing firm in PA looking to expand their Tax team with hybrid onsite talent! This Jobot Job is hosted by: Sean Copeland. Salary: $110,000 - $170,000 per year. Job Details Responsibilities Supervise tax professionals, guiding preparation and review of complex returns. Develop tax strategies to minimize liabilities and optimize financial outcomes. Stay updated on tax laws, serving as a client contact for tax-related matters. Collaborate cross-departmentally for integrated financial planning. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Active CPA. 5+ years of tax accounting experience, including expertise in 990 and 5500 returns. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
