Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support project managers and teams by coordinating various aspects of projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between different departments and stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in coordinating project activities, resources, and information.
• Schedule and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
• Track project progress and update project documentation accordingly.
• Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain project filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
