Step into a dynamic school-based environment as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP – CCC) and empower students throughout the full school year. This contract opportunity involves serving approximately 21 speech students, with a strong emphasis on in-person engagement. Your expertise will have a direct impact, as the district is committed solely to onsite services and is not entertaining virtual (VOCO) options or hybrid models at this time.
The assignment offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours weekly, with workdays running from 8:55 AM to 4:45 PM EST and a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Both direct and indirect service hours are included within this schedule, ensuring opportunity for holistic involvement in students’ care and support.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid CCC-SLP credential required
- Minimum of 2 years’ prior experience working in a school-based setting
- Proficient in delivering SLP services independently, with minimal oversight
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Flexible, adaptable, and motivated to work with a diverse range of student needs

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for assigned caseload
- Deliver targeted speech and language interventions
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure student success
- Maintain compliance documentation and monitor student progress
- Provide both direct and indirect services as required
