NOW HIRING - MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Arnold Grounds Apartment Management is seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Technician with HVAC Certification to join our team at a multifamily community located in the Columbus, Ohio area .

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the property, responding to resident service requests, completing unit turns, and assisting with preventative and emergency maintenance.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
• Previous multifamily/apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general building repairs
• Complete resident work orders accurately and timely
• Perform make-ready repairs and prepare vacant units for occupancy
• Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections
• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and mechanical equipment
• Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance calls and participate in the on-call rotation
• Maintain a professional and customer-service-focused approach when interacting with residents
• Must be dependable, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team
