You'll manage the turnover cycle to ensure quality and speed, keeping our days-to-turn low.Preventive Maintenance (PM): Execute a proactive PM calendar to stop emergencies before they happen.Resident Satisfaction: Act as a brand ambassador. You are often the only person a resident sees; providing professional, "First-Touch" resolution is key to our Retention Goals.Safety & Compliance: Maintain a "Safety First" job site. Ensure all work meets OSHA standards and local building codes.Emergency Response: Participate in a rotated on-call schedule.What You Bring to the TeamExperience: 2+ years in multifamily or facilities maintenance. If you have "handyman" skills but want a professional career, we want to talk.The Toolbox: You have your own basic hand tools and know how to use them safely.Tech Literacy: Ability to use mobile work-order apps (AppFolio) to close out tickets in real-time.The Mindset: You take pride in your work.
