Position Overview:

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with experience in product testing, validation, and reliability engineering to support the development and qualification of mechanical and electromechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and executing structured test programs and working with precision mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed test plans, test procedures, and validation protocols for mechanical and electromechanical systems.

• Execute Design Verification Testing (DVT), Engineering Validation Testing (EVT), Qualification Testing, and Reliability Testing .

• Define test methods and acceptance criteria based on product requirements and specifications.

• Perform functional, environmental, vibration, shock, thermal, endurance, and life-cycle testing.

• Document test results, identify failures or deviations, and support root-cause investigation.

• Ensure testing activities are conducted in accordance with applicable engineering and quality requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in product testing, validation, verification, or reliability engineering.

• Strong understanding of mechanical and electromechanical systems and testing methodologies.

• Experience with semiconductor equipment, robotics, vacuum systems, or precision mechanical assemblies is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with SEMI standards is a plus.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Background:

Candidates with experience in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, robotics, precision motion systems, vacuum equipment, or other high-precision mechanical systems are encouraged to apply.
