Specialty Sales Representative - Spokane, WA

Overview Option Care Health is the largest independent home infusion provider in the United States, serving patients across all 50states. Job Summary The Specialty Sales Representative will travel within their territory promoting Option Care Health's broad infusion capabilities and value messages across multiple specialties in physician offices. They will drive demand for ambulatory infusion clinics, build and execute in‑person call plans, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with targeted physician offices and referral sources to increase patient referrals. Deliver persuasive and strategic sales presentations to physicians, office staff, and other key stakeholders. Partner with clinical and administrative staff (e.g., biologics coordinators) to promote Option Care Health’s infusion services. Execute daily face‑to‑face sales calls and maintain activity levels as outlined in the sales plan. Document all sales activities and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system promptly and accurately. Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams to ensure superior customer service and support patient onboarding. Required Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent. 2–5 years of B2B or healthcare sales experience with a proven ability to generate referrals and grow revenue. Demonstrated success in the infusion center, specialty pharmacy, or related healthcare market. Experience using a CRM to track sales activity and customer engagement. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory 90% of the time. Basic Qualifications Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to translate company strategy into persuasive messaging tailored to the provider audience. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long‑term business relationships. Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Customer‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving and learning agility. Preferred Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or a related field. Prior experience in IV infusion therapy, specialty pharmacy, or biologic drug promotion. Overnight Travel 50‑60% Compensation Salary will be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, and internal equity. Pay range: $88,853.42 – $148,111.54.
