Explore an exceptional opportunity in Montana with a well-established, physician-led healthcare organization. We are in search of a Medical Director to become part of a collaborative team dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-focused care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Looking for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine Medical Director for an expanding program, collaborating with 1 MD and 1 APP.
• Role comprises 80% clinical duties and 20% administrative responsibilities.
• Optional coverage for Emergency Room and inpatient services is available.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary of $352,000, along with a WRVU bonus.
• Recruitment bonus of $130,000.
• Annual quality incentive of $35,000.
• Annual stipend of $15,000 for Medical Director duties.
• Generous leave policy offering 6 weeks of PTO, plus $4,500 for CME and malpractice insurance coverage.
• Student loan repayment options available through the state of Montana, up to $150,000 or through PSLF.
