About the Role:

As a Food Service Director at Atlas Rehabilitation and Healthcare at Daughters of Miriam Campus, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of food service operations, including:

• Developing and implementing menus that meet the dietary needs of our residents

• Supervising and training food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and quality food preparation

• Maintaining a clean and safe food service environment, adhering to strict health and safety standards

• Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs

• Collaborating with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Responsibilities:
