WHO WE ARE

Level99 is a sprawling playground designed for adults with over 50 life-sized mini-games where Players dodge axes, crack puzzles, and outsmart real-world challenges. Each game lasts about 1–4 minutes and is built for 2–6 people to play together. One ticket to Level99 unlocks access to all of our games including Challenge Rooms, Player-vs-Player duels, and an art scavenger hunt. JOB DESCRIPTION

The Level99 team is looking for a Restaurant Manager to be a key player on our Food & Beverage management team. You’ll work closely with our Events, Culinary, and Entertainment teams to keep the Tap Room and Beer Hall running smoothly, while helping us boost event efficiency and keep our hospitality standards high. We’re looking for an inspiring leader who loves being on the floor, running events, connecting with guests, and maintaining the high-energy at Level99. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Connect with guests, build relationships, and cultivate regulars

• Maintain an approachable, positive, and energetic attitude to address guest and staff needs

• Handle tough conversations with decisiveness, grace, and maturity

• Proactively take initiative to drive shift operations forward

• Manage systems including Toast POS, OpenTable, Sling, and Lever

• Schedule hourly staff to optimize sales and achieve hospitality targets

• Coach staff on hospitality and F&B service standards

• Uphold venue safety, entertainment risks, and food safety standards.

• Support and collaborate across F&B, events, and entertainment teams

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

• Strong cross-management team communication
• Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• High integrity and professionalism
• Positive, upbeat, energetic attitude—leading by example
• Flexible schedule required (days, nights, weekends, holidays, emergencies)
• Ability to work 9+ hour shifts, stand/walk/squat/climb stairs for long periods
• Ability to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in operational technology, including Microsoft Office

OTHER DESIRABLE (BUT NOT NECESSARY) SKILLS & EXPERIENCE INCLUDE

• Knowledge of a second language, particularly Spanish, a plus

$62,000 - $72,000 a year

While we don’t expect a candidate to have deep experience in all of the above, we’re looking for someone with the passion and capability to learn quickly in the areas that are new!
