What You’ll Do:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique advertising needs.
• Create customized advertising solutions that align with clients’ marketing goals.
• Negotiate and close advertising contracts that deliver mutual success.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Monitor ad performance, provide insights, and recommend optimizations.
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic advice.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) with excellent communication skills.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in advertising, media, or marketing (but not necessary).
• A go-getter attitude with strong prospecting and networking skills.
• Ability to understand client objectives and develop tailored marketing solutions.
• Skilled in negotiation and closing deals.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

What We Offer

• Base salary plus uncapped commission during the initial compensation period.
• The base salary is provided for approximately six months or longer, depending on performance and as established in the employment offer.
• Following the established base-salary period, compensation transitions to an uncapped commission-based structure.

The company currently owns and operates Latin Pop/Tropical, Spanish Adult Contemporary, Regional Mexican, Latin Urban, stations in the Orlando ara. The company has a combined reach of over 3 million Hispanics with their coverage in the US. In 2004, NORSAN launched Norsan Media in the Southeast and is based in Charlotte, NC and currently owns over 50 radio stations, 4 TV stations, a weekly regional digital and printed publication, and digital marketing and social media platforms in North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida and Texas.
