Skilled Construction Foreman Needed at RJE Home Remodeling - Warminster

RJE Home Remodeling is now 27 years young and still growing! 

We are seeking a Skilled Construction Foreman to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

RJE Home Remodeling Company has been in business since 1997, located in Warminster, Bucks County, with servicing residential areas in Bucks and Montgomery Counties. We are looking to expand a new crew for our company. We are looking for the right person for a Construction Foreman position with our company. The candidate will run a crew of 2-3 laborers on our projects. The position will require you to work hands-on as you lead a crew. 

 
RJE Home Remodeling Company performs existing residential home projects remodeling and restoration. We primarily perform residential home improvement projects but also accept insurance restoration work at times.

 
As for our projects, most of our projects include building custom kitchens, bathrooms, additions and basements, to name a few. We also undertake exterior projects include roofing, siding, and decks. We subcontract our roofs and siding. 

Additionally, we are growing at a rapid rate. We currently are in the middle of constructing our design-build showroom which we will have full kitchens and baths set up for our customers.

Requirements for this position

• Resume
• References a must
• Portfolio would be a plus -- we'd like to see projects you have worked on
• 5 years minimum proven experience working as a foreman
• Proven hands-on knowledge of construction
• Proven ability to effectively and efficiently manage a crew a 2-3 laborers
• Must know basic electrical and plumbing
• Strong Communication skills
• Dependable transportation to get to and from our shop
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Excellence at multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong Work Ethics -- punctual, hard-working & dependable.
• Detailed oriented 
• Prior insurance work experience is a plus but not a requirement

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of your designated construction project 
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with subcontractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hands-on construction 
• Experience in management or other related fields is a plus
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
