POSITION: LONGMONT ARMED SECURITY AGENT - OVERNIGHT SHIFTS ONLY

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Hourly Pay: $22.00 – $24.00/hr. (Based on experience and credentials)

YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a highly trained ISPG Security Agent, you will be the front line of safety and professionalism. Your core mission is to uphold our elite standard by:

• Establishing and maintaining a strong, professional, and visible presence.
• Controlling access and monitoring premises for safety and security.
• Patrolling assigned areas to proactively deter security breaches.
• Responding swiftly and professionally to all emergencies and alarms.
• Providing escorts for employees or guests as required.
• Thoroughly logging all incidents and collaborating closely with your tight-knit, professional team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

• Must own and provide a full-sized firearm.
• Valid Driver’s License and 21+ years of age.
• Ability to maintain a clean background and driving record.
• Mandatory onsite physical presence for all shifts.
• Availability for Swing and Overnight Shifts, including Weekends.

HIGHLY DESIRED EXPERIENCE

• Military or law enforcement background is heavily favored.
• Certifications in First Aid/CPR/Self-Defense.
