Job Summary:

Luna Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Deming, NM. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing procedures and protocols
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals
Monitor and report patient vital signs, conditions, and reactions to medications and treatments
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and complete records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of New Mexico
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field preferred
0 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN); new graduates welcome to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
