Packer/Data Entry

Our client, an industrial manufacturing organization, is seeking a Packer/Data Entry to join their team. As a Packer/Data Entry Associate, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting production and packaging operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packer/Data Entry Associate

Location: Chambersburg, PA

Pay Range: $18.25

Shift: 3rd shift

What's the Job?

• Take notes and perform data entry into computer systems from hourly checks
• Feed data to the Plant Manager and team using Excel and other tools
• Pack chips into boxes, ensuring accurate counts up to 100 bags per minute
• Inspect bags for ripped or seal issues and read labels for different chip types
• Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, wiping machines, and trash removal throughout the day

What's Needed?

• Experience with packing and data entry preferred
• Ability to count accurately and pay close attention to detail
• Physical ability to lift 10-20 lbs regularly and pallets up to 75 lbs with team assistance
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, noisy, and sometimes wet environment
• Willingness to work as part of a team and follow safety and quality protocols
