As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.75 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri10:30 PM - 06:30 AMSat10:30 PM - 06:30 AMSun10:30 PM - 06:30 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, policy violations, or maintenance concerns. Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, directing visitors according to site procedures, and reporting unauthorized access attempts. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed. Prepare clear and accurate reports, maintain activity logs, and communicate observations and incidents to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
