Covenant Ability Network of Minnesota (CAN of MN) is currently hiring for 2 full-time Direct Support Professionals in the Hugo/White Bear Lakes, MN area!
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily living skills, household tasks, personal hygiene, budgeting, and medication administration.
- Transport and accompany residents in community activities, recreation, and leisure activities. Company vehicles provided.
- Provide and maintain a safe environment while implementing behavior management skills.
- Assisting individuals periodically throughout the overnight shift.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for individuals.
Job Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license
- Must pass DHS background study
- Required : experience working with individuals with high behaviors and behavior intervention techniques
- Passionate about serving others!
Full-Time Hours (40 hours):
- Weekdays: Monday-Friday 2pm - 10pm
- Weekends: Friday, Saturday, and Sundays
Benefits:
- Full-time staff who work at least 40 hours per week are offered the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, 403B Retirement Plan (matched at 3%) and Paid Time off.
Level II DSP: $20.00 hourly on Weekdays / $21.00 hourly on Weekends
