Pay Rate: $20.25/hr

Description: A compounder is a manufacturing and production professional who weighs, measures, and mixes raw materials according to specific formulas. They ensure batch consistency, operate mixing machinery, sanitize equipment, and maintain strict compliance with industry safety and quality standards

Compounder Tasks & Duties

• Operate mixers and other equipment in the department

• Work safely by following all safety standards and procedures

• Weigh chemical raw materials and take precise measurements

• Keep the work area clean and free of debris

• Visually check each ingredient for abnormal conditions

• Ensure that the mixer is clean and in working condition at start-up and changeovers

• Perform other duties as assigned

• Follow instructions to prepare mixes according to confidential recipes

Compounder Shift Info

• Day Shift, 2:00pm to 11:00pm

• Monday - Saturday

Compounder Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)

• Compounder experience preferred

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Able to pass a background check

• Able to work in the US

• Able to lift up to 50-75 pounds

• Previous mixing or machine operator experience is preferred

• Good vision, depth perception, hearing and speech

• Must have no known allergic reactions or sensitivity to chemicals, dust, and fumes

• Must be able to follow written and verbal instruction

• Able to pass a backgroundcheck

• Able to work in the US
