Skilled Trade RecruiterSURESTAFF is seeking a Skilled Trade Recruiter in Coppell, TX. The Skilled Trade Recruiter is responsible for filling open positions by posting job ads, emailing candidates online, working social media, engaging networking groups & trade school. The majority of the day will include phone screens walking candidates through the application process, sending new hire paperwork through Avionte Bold, and coordinating interviews/offers with clients. The ideal candidate for this position should enjoy talking on the phone, have interest in learning about recruiting/marketing, and have a passion for helping others achieve success. 3+ years of staffing or recruiting experience required. Pay range: $65,000-$75,000 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pmKey ResponsibilitiesLead candidate sourcing and research efforts to fill skilled trades positions, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.Keep job postings up-to-date, ensuring they attract top talent in skilled trades recruiting.Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating job offers for skilled trades roles.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their skilled trades recruiting needs and achieve hiring goals.Share industry knowledge and updates with the team to maintain a competitive edge in skilled trades recruiting.Handle payroll processing on a weekly basis with precision and efficiency.Conduct in-depth interviews, craft impactful resumes, run background checks, verify work authorization via I9 E-Verify, and manage employee drug screening.RequirementsAt least 3 years of experience specializing in skilled trades recruiting and staffing.Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, are essential for a Senior Skilled Trades Recruiter.Proficiency in conducting comprehensive interviews to identify top skilled trades talent.Expert phone screening abilities to ensure no detail is overlooked in skilled trades recruiting.Professional email communication skills, with an understanding of business etiquette.Excellent customer service skills, ensuring every interaction is a positive experience.Ability to create persuasive resumes that effectively represent skilled trades candidates.Familiarity with Avionte Bold software is a plus for skilled trades recruiting efficiency.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)Experience using job boards, social media, and other recruiting channelsAbout Surestaff At Surestaff, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
