Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations for students and develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and functional participation in the classroom.
- Monitor progress, adjust goals as needed, and participate in discharge planning when appropriate.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, families, and other members of the multidisciplinary team; participate in IEP/504 plan meetings as required.
- Document sessions, progress notes, and outcomes in compliance with school policies and privacy regulations.
- Maintain equipment, ensure safety during therapy activities, and support a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist license in Washington state
- NBCOT certification (OTR) or eligibility for certification
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Experience in pediatric OT and/or acute care settings preferred
- Ability to work in a school-based setting with a daytime schedule (approximately 7.5 hours per day)
- Eligible for travel assignment and able to coordinate care within a school district
