Security Lobby Ambassador Greeting and assisting visitors, employees, and tenants professionally. Checking ID's, registering visitors, issuing badges, and enforcing access policies. Monitoring lobby activity, watching for suspicious behavior, and maintaining a visible security presence. Responding calmly to incidents, alarms, emergencies, and evacuation situations Keeping logs, reports, and visitor records accurate and up to date. Coordinating with security teams, building management and other staff as needed. Keeping the lobby neat, organized, and ready for guest. The Concierge Officerposition helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by remaining visible, actively monitoring the premises, and maintaining access control. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Concierge Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.
