Registered Nurse - Med/Surg/Tele Unit

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide bedside patient care in a 32-bed Med/Surg/Tele unit. This position requires the ability to work every other weekend and every other holiday. The role demands Epic experience and encompasses various nursing duties to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Delivering bedside patient care and monitoring patient's conditions.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to administer medications and treatments.
• Documenting patient care activities and maintaining patient records in Epic.
• Assisting with the nursing care plan and updating as necessary.
• Providing education to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.

Shift

This position is scheduled from 06:45 PM to 07:15 AM.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license required.
• Epic experience is mandatory.
• Completion of mandatory health history including MMR, Hepatitis B, TB Test, Varicella, and Tdap.
• Personal Health Statement and Drug Screen must be completed.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
