Schedule

06:45 AM - 07:15 PM, every other weekend and every other holiday.

Job Description

This position is for a float Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in at least two of the following areas: ICU, Med/Surg/Tele, or Emergency Department (ED). The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a variety of settings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside patient care in the ICU, Med/Surg/Tele, and ED as required.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and implement treatment plans.
• Participate in patient and family education regarding health and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records in the Epic system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• At least 2 years of ICU experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg/Tele experience or 2 years of ED experience with triage experience preferred.
• State RN license required.
• Epic experience necessary.
• Charge Nurse experience preferred for ED settings.
