What You'll DoKey Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging lesson plans to promote learning and growth in our students
- Care for and support the physical and emotional needs of your students
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to create innovative and effective educational programs
- Communicate regularly with parents to keep them informed about their child's progress and experiences
Essential Qualifications:
- Active and current enrollment in an accredited program may be considered when combined with experience, in addition to CDA or ECE certificate, associates/bachelor ’s degree in ECE or related field, or equivalent coursework.
- Minimum of 1-year field-related experience required
- Flexibility to work hours based on the needs of the school and program is necessary
- Successful background check and VA licensing standards are mandatory
