We are a long standing, growing, and client-focused law firm in Rochester, Minnesota, seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team. We are open to candidates interested in estate planning, real estate, litigation, or a combination of these practice areas.

What You'll Do.

Depending on your interests and experience, your work may include:

• Meeting directly with clients and providing practical legal guidance
• Drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
• Assisting clients with probate and trust administration
• Representing buyers, sellers, lenders, and businesses in real estate transactions
• Drafting and reviewing purchase agreements, deeds, leases, and related documents
• Handling civil litigation matters from initial filing through resolution
• Conducting legal research and preparing pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Appearing at court hearings, mediations, and depositions
• Working closely with experienced attorneys who are committed to mentoring and professional development

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota or eligible for admission
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple matters while providing outstanding client service
• A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience in estate planning, real estate, or litigation is welcomed but not required
