What You'll Do

As a Licensed Veterinary Technician, you'll be an essential member of our medical team by:

• Assisting veterinarians with examinations, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and medical procedures
• Monitoring anesthesia and ensuring safe patient recovery
• Performing venipuncture, catheter placement, radiology, laboratory diagnostics, and nursing care
• Providing compassionate care for patients
• Administering medications and treatments as directed
• Educating clients on preventive healthcare, medications, treatment plans, nutrition, and post-operative care
• Maintaining accurate and thorough medical records
• Collaborating closely with veterinarians and teammates to provide outstanding patient care and client service
• Helping create a calm, positive experience for pets and the families who love them

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a current New York State Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) license or is eligible for licensure
• Is passionate about practicing high-quality veterinary medicine
• Demonstrates compassion, professionalism, and empathy toward patients, clients, and coworkers
• Enjoys building lasting relationships with clients while educating them about their pets' health
• Is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a busy environment
• Is dependable, positive, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
• Wants to continue learning and growing professionally

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday through Friday
• Currently daytime hours with potential for 1–2 evening shifts per week in the future
• 8–10 hour shifts
