We’re looking for a driven and hands-on Production Manager to lead our belt shop operations, drive team performance, and ensure exceptional customer outcomes.
What You’ll Do
As a Production Manager, you’ll play a critical role in overseeing fabrication and installation operations while leading a high-performing team. You will:
- Lead and supervise production and customization of conveyor belts
- Ensure all work meets or exceeds customer expectations
- Manage and prioritize work orders, including rush jobs and field projects
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and performance metrics
- Train and develop team members on equipment, systems, and best practices
- Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment
- Monitor equipment, materials, and consumable stock levels
- Oversee belt shop operations to foster a positive and productive culture
- Participate in on-site customer installations and provide leadership/support
- Represent Belt Power professionally with team members and customers
What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of conveyor belt or belt splicing field experience
- 2+ years of experience managing teams and field jobs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret precise measurements
- A team-first mindset with a sense of urgency and accountability
Preferred:
- Forklift certification
- OSHA 10 certification

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Work in both shop and customer site environments
- Exposure to moving equipment and moderate-to-loud noise levels
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting)
Schedule & Benefits
- Full-time position (Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
