Sales Supervisor - St Louis Premium Outlets

Summary The Sales Supervisor will support store management with day-to-day operations at the St Louis Premium Outlets location, driving sales, coaching the team, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences and store standards are maintained. Responsibilities Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience and build client relationships Maintain a guest ready environment where clients feel welcomed Provide styling expertise product knowledge and seasonal trend guidance Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales events and inquiries Open and close the store according to company procedure Ensure sales floor and stockroom are well organized Support implementation and enforcement of company policies procedures and initiatives Foster collaboration and continuous learning with colleagues and management Requirements 3+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role focused on customer service Prior leadership experience strongly preferred Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational follow up and time management skills Computer skills including operating a POS and Microsoft Office Passion for the brand and product offering Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
