The pharmacist will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. Key responsibilities include conducting medication therapy management and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Experience with high-alert medications and compounding is necessary. Strong knowledge of sterile technique is essential for this role. This position does not require weekend shifts or on-call duties. Candidates will not be considered if they have previous employment with this healthcare system or its affiliates within the last two years. All applicants must be able to complete facility-specific modules in the first week of the assignment. Maintaining communication with the unit leader is crucial for any questions or updates.
