Meets dealership starts for repair and order production. Maintains CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) at or above company standards. Completes required training Complies with company policy and procedures. Complies with OSHA guidelines Qualifications 1 year of dealership Service Advisor experience, preferred. Must be customer service oriented Team Oriented Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment Experience with automotive software preferred Current and valid Driver’s License Good driving record Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong computer skills Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles Attention to detail and great communication skills Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
