Now Hiring: Property Manager – Student Rentals

Location: Houghton MI / Full-Time | Competitive Pay | Growth Opportunities

Are you a proactive, outgoing, organized professional who loves engaging with people, and working with students? We're looking for a dedicated Property Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of student rental properties near Michigan Technological University.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily operations of student rental properties

• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections

• Handle leasing, renewals, and tenant relations

• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and emergencies

• Work closely with the team and vendors to maintain high standards

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maintain occupancy

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to manage properties and timelines

• Available for occasional after-hours emergencies

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience creating formulas, sorting, and filtering data

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a passion for driving team success
