Kitchen Team Member — Athenian Grill
Fayette Mall, Lexington, KY | $16.00–$25.00/hr based on experience | Hiring immediately
Athenian Grill is hiring experienced Kitchen Team Members for our Fayette Mall location. We're a family-owned Greek restaurant that's growing, and we're looking for people who know their way around a kitchen and want to be part of that.
What you'll do
- Work prep, grill, or line depending on the day and your strengths
- Cook to recipe and hold our standards for quality, portioning, and presentation
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized through the rush
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Support the rest of the team wherever the shift needs it
What we're looking for
- Previous kitchen experience — prep, line, grill, or similar
- Ability to keep pace during a busy service without cutting corners
- Reliable, on time, and easy to work with
- Comfortable on your feet for a full shift and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Greek or Mediterranean cuisine experience is a plus, not a requirement
Pay & schedule
- $16.00–$25.00/hr, set by experience — bring what you've got and we'll pay for it
- Flexible scheduling, full and part time available
