Senior Medical Affairs Advisor

Account Manager – Central Territory Territory: Chicago, Illinois; Louisville, Kentucky; Albuquerque, New Mexico or El Paso, Texas. Achieve sales revenue targets within the designated territory. Manage the entire sales process: customer engagement, quoting, order processing, product shipment, and training of clinical staff and distributors. Support Aerogen distributors, launch new products with the marketing team, and build strong relationships with physicians and clinicians. Employ strategic selling skills, proactively create sales opportunities, conduct peer‑to‑peer and promotional events, and perform other tasks as requested by the manager. Account Manager – Pacific Territory Territory: Sacramento, California; Los Angeles, California; Las Vegas, Nevada or Salt LakeCity, Utah. Achieve sales revenue targets within the designated territory. Handle the full sales lifecycle: customer engagement, quoting, order processing, product shipment, training of clinical staff and distributors, marketing collaboration, and relationship building. Implement strategic selling, create sales opportunities, and facilitate promotional events. APAC Medical Affairs Coordinator Support strategic medical initiatives across the Asia‑Pacific region. Collaborate closely with regional and local Medical Affairs and cross‑functional teams to ensure compliant, effective, and efficient operations. Key opinion leader (KOL) engagement, medical review activities, and medical information services. Uphold scientific integrity and company standards in all interactions. Associate Medical Science Liaison (MSL) Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, regulators, and partners across the APAC region. Shape Aerogen’s medical strategy, support evidence generation, and contribute to educational and scientific exchange activities. Business Applications Specialist – ERP & Labelling Software Support the development of business systems solutions and applications, focusing on the ERP system (Infor CloudSuite Industrial) and related components. Maintain SQL server database management and write SQL code. Enhance business applications and ensure reliable operation of ERP and labelling solutions. Buyer – Supply Chain Lead supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, manage supply orders, and monitor inventory levels. Participate in cross‑functional project teams to coordinate supplier‑related activities. Improve existing processes and systems, balancing short‑ and long‑term priorities. Clinical Educator – Berlin / North England (Manchester, Liverpool, Newcastle) Support revenue growth by delivering high‑quality education and support to Aerogen customers. Work in partnership with the account manager to design and implement tailored education programs. Drive volume and revenue in focused accounts through education and customer compliance. Clinical Educator – Other Regions Provide ongoing customer training and education to influence change within accounts. Use flexibility, critical thinking, creativity, and determination to deliver best‑in‑class education programs. Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Lead a sales team to meet revenue targets within the defined region. Hire, develop, and manage team members to implement growth strategies and initiatives. Digital Education Manager Strategically plan, execute, and continuously improve Aerogen’s global digital education portfolio. Own digital learning platforms, virtual education programs, accredited CE activities, and performance analytics. Partner with Clinical Education, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and regional teams to align with business priorities. Manager – Digital Transformation Support Aerogen’s digital strategy by driving the adoption, implementation, and optimisation of digital technologies. Deliver cross‑functional digital projects ensuring systems are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business needs. Contribute to Aerogen’s AI roadmap and governance of AI solutions. Senior Global Corporate Communications Executive Shape Aerogen’s internal and external communications across digital channels. Manage website content, social media strategy, campaign delivery, performance metrics, and reporting. Partner with Marketing, People & OD, Commercial, and Operations to ensure consistent messaging worldwide. Senior Maintenance Technician – Shannon Manufacturing Facility Provide engineering support to existing and new processes to meet quality, service, and cost objectives. Perform additional activities as assigned by the Engineering Lead and Production Engineering Manager. Senior Manager – Regulatory Affairs Develop and execute global regulatory submission plans (IND, BLA, CE marking, etc.). Assist with health authority interactions on CMC topics and manage all regulatory submissions. Serve as the regulatory representative on the clinical trial team. Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist II (Strategic Regulatory) Work as part of Aerogen’s Global Strategic Regulatory Affairs team. Establish and execute regulatory strategies for product life cycle management. Support late‑stage product development, including BLA authoring and clinical data generation. Technical Lab Assistant and Product Development Technician Aide in next‑generation Aerogen core technology development and portfolio evolution. Lead new product development in a highly regulated medical device environment. Work 70% in the lab and 30% in office; travel may be required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
