What You'll Do Build trusted relationships with healthcare executives, operational leaders, and clinical stakeholders. Lead clinical transformation initiatives that improve workforce management, staffing efficiency, caregiver utilization, and patient outcomes. Guide customers and internal project teams through current-state assessments, future-state design, workflow optimization, and gap analysis activities. Facilitate executive and stakeholder meetings focused on clinical alignment, operational transformation, technology adoption, and value realization.
