Program Manager

Position Summary From Fatherless to Fearless (FFTF) seeks a highly professional and execution-driven Program Manager to oversee the operational delivery of the B.R.I.D.G.E.® program and support key organizational initiatives. This role requires strong ownership, disciplined decision-making, and the ability to represent FFTF with professionalism across diverse audiences. The Program Manager serves as a strategic operational partner to the CEO and may represent the organization in delegated leadership settings. This role must demonstrate sound judgment, adaptability, and executive presence in both community and professional settings. Key Responsibilities Program Implementation & Facilitator Leadership Lead full implementation of the B.R.I.D.G.E.® program across new and existing partner organizations. Ensure cohorts meet enrollment targets and launch with full operational readiness. Maintain curriculum fidelity while adapting delivery to engage teen girls in an asset-based, empowering environment. Anticipate and proactively address operational risks and program challenges. Directly manage and coach facilitators through monthly one-on-ones and classroom observations. Lead structured facilitator retreats and professional development sessions. Set clear goals and monitor progress toward measurable outcomes. Ensure all reporting and administrative deliverables are submitted in a timely manner. Partnerships & Outreach Serve as primary operational liaison to school and community partners. Establish and maintain strong professional relationships that advance FFTF’s mission. Communicate clearly, confidently, and with sound judgment in all external interactions. Represent FFTF with integrity and unified messaging in school, community, and professional settings. Present well-considered solutions alongside identified challenges. Storytelling, Data & Reporting Collect and curate B.R.I.D.G.E. participant testimonials to support storytelling and marketing. Provide relevant program data and narratives for grant proposals and reports. Submit a monthly program update for inclusion in the external newsletter. Maintain organized and accurate program records and documentation. Event Leadership & Organizational Initiatives Support execution of the annual What’s the Scoop? youth financial literacy and Better Together events in partnership with the Program Specialist. Contribute programmatic coordination, facilitator alignment, and student engagement strategy for events. Qualifications & Leadership Competencies Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. 3–6 years of progressive experience in program management, education leadership, nonprofit operations, or a related field with increasing responsibility. Demonstrated experience managing programs or initiatives with measurable outcomes and accountability for results. Proven ability to make sound, independent decisions within defined leadership parameters. Strong organizational discipline, administrative precision, and consistent follow-through. Executive-level written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor clear, concise messaging for both community and professional audiences. Highly motivated self-starter who navigates ambiguity and responds with urgency when situations require it. Strategic thinker with sound judgment, risk awareness, and composure under pressure. Ability to balance relational leadership with operational accountability. High level of integrity, professionalism, discretion, and personal accountability. Comfortable operating in a growing organization requiring both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution. Working Conditions Hybrid role requiring consistent in‑office presence when not facilitating at partner organizations or attending community events. Regular travel to schools and community partner sites. Work conducted within school and community environments, including adherence to security protocols. Standing and active facilitation required during workshops and events. Occasional evenings and weekends during program cycles and event seasons.
