Work Environment

As a Nurse Practitioner at our outpatient clinic located in Gaithersburg, you will work within a full-time, 40-hour work week, ensuring a healthy work-life balance with no weekend or night shifts. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including detailed medical histories, physical exams, and necessary diagnostic tests.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic health issues, ensuring timely and appropriate treatment interventions.
• Order and interpret vital diagnostic tests such as blood work, imaging, and screenings to inform clinical decision-making.
• Develop personalized treatment plans reflective of patient needs, incorporating evidence-based practice and clinical guidelines.
• Prescribe medications and implement therapies tailored to individual patient conditions and preferences.
• Continuously monitor patient health, adjusting treatment plans as required to optimize outcomes and enhance recovery.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of an active state Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license.

Compensation and Benefits
