What You'll Do
- Keep production equipment running smoothly through preventive maintenance
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and operational issues
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement lasting solutions
- Partner with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
- Ensure machinery operates safely and reliably
- Document maintenance activities and repairs accurately
- Contribute ideas that improve equipment performance and productivity
What You Bring
- Previous experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or a related field
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Electrical knowledge is a plus
- Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and diagrams
- Experience working with production machinery and manufacturing equipment
- A proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently while being a valuable team player
