In this role, you'll be instrumental in sourcing, engaging, and building relationships with exceptional candidates across a variety of roles - especially in the specialized Auto, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) industry.

Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier talent via job boards, social media, referrals, professional networks, and internal databases
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a steady pipeline of passive candidates through strategic outreach, including cold calls and targeted email campaigns
• Screening & Interviewing: Assess candidate qualifications through in-depth screening and interviews to ensure alignment with client needs
• Candidate Experience: Foster strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive, professional, and seamless recruitment experience from start to finish

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience in Construction, Engineering, or Automation is highly valued
• High energy, positive attitude, and a strong desire to succeed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree preferred (but not required)
• Ability to work on-site at our Des Moines, Iowa office
