Location
This role is in the Western United States and does require relocation. Full relocation assistance provided.

What You’ll Do
Lead actuarial strategy across pricing, reserving, and analytics
Partner with executive leadership to shape company direction and growth strategy
Deliver insights on market, economic, and business performance trends
Advance analytics capabilities and modernize actuarial methodologies
Identify growth opportunities and address underperforming segments
Collaborate closely with underwriting, claims, and finance leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing actuarial team
Drive innovation through advanced analytics, modeling, and emerging technologies

What You’ll Bring
ACAS minimum required
Commercial P&C actuarial leadership experience
Proven xmvmafu ability to operate both strategically and tactically
Strong business acumen and executive presence
Experience leading teams and driving organizational impact
Expertise in pricing, reserving, and analytics
