Support larger, more complex initiatives under the direction of a Senior Project Manager or Program Manager. Lead project planning, execution, communication, risk management, and stakeholder engagement while mentoring junior project management team members to strengthen organizational project management capabilities.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDefine, document, and obtain stakeholder approval for project scope, requirements, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and implementation roadmaps aligned with PMBOK principles and organizational standards.Coordinate requirements gathering activities and translate business needs into actionable project deliverables.Manage project execution, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and change control processes.Monitor project performance and proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues.Serve as the primary escalation point for project-related risks, issues, and conflicts.Facilitate communication among business stakeholders, project teams, vendors, and sponsors through regular status reporting and governance activities.Coordinate vendor evaluations, procurement activities, and RFI/RFP processes in partnership with internal procurement teams.Lead and mentor project team members, providing guidance, coaching, training, and support to enhance project management capabilities.Build and maintain effective working relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.Review invoice accuracy and process payments through Coupa.Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.Promote knowledge sharing and adoption of best practices across teams and global locations.Ensure compliance with company policies, security requirements, and Health, Safety, and Quality standards.Maintain confidentiality of business, customer, and proprietary information.Perform other duties as assigned.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND COMPETENCIESProject & Program ManagementAgile and Waterfall project management methodologiesProject planning, scheduling, estimation, and forecastingWork Breakdown Structure (WBS) developmentResource, budget, and cost managementRisk and issue managementProject metrics, KPI, and SLA managementChange management and post-implementation reviewsBusiness case developmentProcurement processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ)Project Portfolio Management (PPM) toolsBusiness & Technical AcumenBusiness analysis and requirements managementTranslating business needs into technology solutionsBusiness process improvementOrganizational change managementRegulatory, audit, compliance, security, and quality requirementsLeadership & Interpersonal SkillsStakeholder and relationship managementTeam leadership, coaching, and mentoringPresentation, facilitation, and training skillsNegotiation and conflict resolutionCustomer service orientationStrong written and verbal communicationEmotional intelligence and organizational awarenessProfessional CompetenciesResults orientation and accountabilityAnalytical thinking and problem solvingStrategic decision-makingPrioritization and time managementAttention to detailCreativity and innovationLearning agility and adaptabilitySense of urgency and execution focusPREFERRED SKILLSExperience supporting projects involving Microsoft 365 technologies, including: SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Planner, OneNote, OneDrive, Microsoft Project, etc.Experience utilizing ServiceNow.Experience managing technology implementations and business transformation initiatives.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline preferred; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.Minimum of 3–5 years of project management or related experience.PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent preferred.BE AWARE OF FRAUD: When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspondence through our official job portal with a jabil.com e-mail address; direct phone call from a member of the Jabil team; or direct e-mail with a jabil.com e-mail address.
