We're looking for a finance Project Coordinator to join our growing team and play a key role in driving successful project execution from start to finish. What You'll Do Key Responsibilities Support the planning, coordination, and execution of project activities Gather and document project requirements, objectives, and deliverables Assist with creating project schedules, Statements of Work (SOWs), and business proposals Track project progress and help monitor scope, timeline, budget, and quality metrics Identify potential project risks and support mitigation planning Coordinate communication among project teams, customers, and stakeholders Prepare project status updates, reports, and meeting materials Support budget forecasting and project resource planning Facilitate issue resolution and elevate concerns when appropriate Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering responsive, professional support Ensure project documentation remains accurate and up to date Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team success What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 0-1 years of experience in project coordination, project management, finance, business operations, or a related field Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Jabil
