Associate Project Manager

Catalent seeks an Associate Project Manager for its St. Petersburg softgel manufacturing facility. The role involves leading cross-functional projects in product development, technical services, and business continuity while managing budgets, timelines, and regulatory compliance in a cGMP environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate projects across product development, technical services, and business continuity programs
  • Develop comprehensive project plans with defined milestones, timelines, and budget targets
  • Identify obstacles and conduct progress meetings to drive project completion
  • Manage capital budgets and ensure proper allocation and utilization of project funds
  • Communicate project status and requirements with internal teams, customers, and external partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or related field
  • Minimum 1+ years project management experience or demonstrated team leadership
  • Working knowledge of project management principles in cGMP environments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • 3+ years FDA-regulated or pharmaceutical CDMO industry experience preferred
