Project Management Coordinator

Project Management Coordinator role at Catalent's St. Petersburg softgel manufacturing facility, supporting delivery of customer requests and regulatory documentation. Position involves cross-functional collaboration with scientists and operations to ensure timely project execution and batch readiness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer requests and ensure project deliverables meet readiness-to-execute requirements
• Compile regulatory documentation and coordinate document change requests with scientists and project management
• Support Quality Unit by ensuring all required documentation is prepared for batch release
• Identify process improvements and escalate delayed deliverables due to conflicts or priority issues
• Collaborate across departments to translate product development milestones and communicate with various organizational levels

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Project management experience preferred
• FDA regulated industry or pharmaceutical CDMO experience preferred
• Technical writing and change control experience preferred
• Familiarity with Documentum, TrackWise, or JD Edwards systems preferred
